At Coastal Paradise Property Management we pride ourselves on providing our customers with “Worry-Free” property ownership.

We provide Top Rated home watch services to give our customers a total peace of mind while away. We can also take these services a step further to provide Premier Property Caretaking services, whereas we manage the entire property for the owner, whether the owner is present or not. In addition we also provide 24 hour property owner emergency services and alarm call response as well as hurricane and storm services. We will be there for you, day or night.

Our oversight of your vacation, seasonal and Airbnb rentals will let you know that your investments are secure. We custom tailor our inspections and services to suit your specific needs for these property types.

Building off of our backgrounds, we provide maintenance, remodel and repair supervision. We can provide guidance and management to help you with your projects or repairs, no matter how big or small.  From start to finish, including design and conception, we are qualified to handle it all.
