Our home watch services include but are not limited to, watching over a person’s home/property, inspecting vehicles, golf carts, boats, pool, or anything else associated with the property.
We can provide a monthly contract with included visits or a per visit service where we are paid for a single inspection.
We are open to customizing our inspection to fit our customer’s needs.
We provide inspection reports to our customers and are happy to accommodate the modification requested by the clients. This can include modifying a report to fit a specific property, including pictures or video, and delivery to a customer in any form they require
We are available day and night to entertain any type of service requests by property owners.

With 25 years in the custom home building business, we are highly competent in helping homeowners with everything from initial concept, through to project design, and efficient execution and completion of a project.
Richard has many years of experience as a project manager and has completed all types of projects from small renovations to high-end new custom home builds.
With a keen eye for design, we can solve relevant problems by keeping the project on time and within the budgetary constraints.
We can schedule and oversee repair and maintenance work with or without the involvement of the client.
The relevant experience in the field allows us to ensure that the work is done to code and will pass the local code inspections.
We would also be happy to oversee/manage subcontractors to make sure that everything is completed properly.

Coastal Paradise Property Management provides all forms of property owner concierge services. These would include attending to, and getting involved in, any specific needs a property owner may have.
We can attend to mail, deliveries, pickup of items or any other type of receivables.
We can also provide shopping and delivery services. We can have a property set up in any fashion for the arrival of a guest or owner, and can take care of all items related to their departure.
Our team can schedule and oversee cleaning services while you are not present.
We are also happy to extend our services for our older residents who do not drive and/or would want a helping hand with attending to mail or deliveries, prescription pick-ups, necessities or grocery delivery.
Wellness checks are provided as a one-time service for out-of-town clients or can be scheduled according to their convenience.
We help our clients with running errands who come into town to entertain or just “beach it” and do not want to be bothered.

The property caretaking services we provide are similar to home watch services, but essentially make us the liaison for the owner.
We can provide basic home inspection services and make recommendations for maintenance or repair(s) needed for the property.
Our property caretaking services would also include overseeing all contract workers involved in the upkeep or maintenance of the property.
Our services can be customized according to the desires of the homeowner.

Our services include pre and post-storm/hurricane-related services, such as preparedness for a storm inspection, which can be communicated with the client via a video, real-time or any other type of reporting back appropriate for the situation.
We can help you with temporary or emergency repairs.
If needed, we can also help you with permanent repairs after a storm event.

With our emergency services, we are available to respond to, and manage any emergency event for a property owner.
This includes a temporary solution to the emergency situation, securing the property/assets until a permanent solution is procured.
The emergency services can be provided for, but are not limited to, broken water pipes, electrical issues, security issues, or any type of systems issues at the property.

We would be happy to attend to the owner’s requirements of said properties and assist the property owners with any needs of these properties.
We can provide inspection services for these properties and take care of all issues related.
We can document the before/after condition of the property and record any damages or other issues. This would help the homeowner with keeping account of any damage to the property.
